Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

• Late Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

• No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the booking.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing times and may vary.
